Documentation preparation fees are non-refundable, in the event that the fee has not been collected at closing, a $1000 fee will be applied to all refunds and property exchanges.
Clients who have defaulted on the agreed fees within the 30 day period are disqualified from the money back guarantee.

The second payment alternative will be through our financing plan, with this option you will sign a contract, where the down payment and a payment plan will be established. When you finish paying in full, the property title will be transferred to you.
